Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a flame retardant expanded styrene panel and a blind using the same. The method manufactures an expanded polystyrene panel having flame retardancy and flame resistance by mixing and extruding, with respect to 100 parts by weight of polystyrene, 1 to 3 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 30 to 40 parts by weight of expanded graphite, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of a foaming agent, 10 to 20 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, 1 to 10 parts by weight of a zinc compound, and 30 to 40 parts by weight of a flame retardant. By using expanded graphite and a flame retardant within the range according to the present invention, the same can be used for building materials including blinds having very excellent flame retardancy and flame resistance.
본 발명은 난연성 발포스티렌 패널의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하는 블라인드에 관한 것으로, 폴리스티렌 100중량부에 대하여 가소제 1 내지 3중량부, 팽창흑연 30 내지 40 중량부, 발포제 0.5 내지 1중량부, 무기충진제 10 내지 20중량부, 아연화합물 1 내지 10중량부, 난연제 30 내지 40중량부 혼합하여 압출함으로써 난연성 및 방염성을 가지는 발포 폴리스티렌 패널의 제조방에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 범위내의 팽창흑연과 난연제를 사용함으로써 난연성 및 방염성이 매우 우수한 효과를 가지는 블라인드를 포함하는 건축자재 등에 활용될 수 있다. |
