Summary:The present specifications relate to a temperature measuring apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof. The temperature measuring apparatus includes: a temperature sensor unit which includes a single peak sensor element converting an incident wave into a surface elastic wave, whose resonance frequency changes according to temperature change, and outputting a temperature response signal generated from the surface elastic wave; and a reader which calculates each temperature value based on the temperature response signal. The temperature sensor unit includes: a plurality of single peak temperature sensors which output a first temperature response signal with a single natural frequency peak including a plurality of single peak sensor elements generating a single peak with a first center frequency from the surface elastic wave; and a plurality of multi-peak temperature sensors which output a second temperature response signal with multiple natural frequency peaks including a single peak sensor element generating a single peak with a second center frequency and a single peak sensor element generating a single peak with a third center frequency from the surface elastic wave. Accordingly, the present invention can improve frequency reproducibility and uniformity. 본 명세서는 온도 측정 장치 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로, 온도 측정장치는, 입사파를 온도 변화에 따라 공진 주파수가 변경된 표면탄성파로 변환하고 상기 표면탄성파로부터 생성된 온도 응답신호를 출력하는 단일피크 센서소자를 포함하는 온도 센서부; 상기 온도 응답신호에 기초하여 각각의 온도값을 연산하는 리더기를 포함하고, 상기 온도 센서부는 상기 표면탄성파로부터 제1 중심 주파수를 갖는 단일피크를 생성하는 단일피크 센서소자를 복수개 포함하는 단일의 고유진동수 피크를 갖는 제1 온도 응답신호를 출력하는 복수개의 단일피크 온도센서와, 상기 표면탄성파로부터 제2 중심 주파수를 갖는 단일피크를 생성하는 단일피크 센서소자와 제3 중심 주파수를 갖는 단일피크를 생성하는 단일피크 센서소자를 포함하여 다중 고유진동수 피크를 갖는 제2 온도 응답신호를 출력하는 복수개의 다중피크 온도센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
