A foreign substance removing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a housing which has an entrance, through which livestock manure enters, formed on one side thereof, and an exit, through which the livestock manure is discharged, formed on the other side thereof; a strainer inserted into the housing, disposed between the entrance and exit of the housing, and filtering foreign substances from livestock manure passing therethrough; and a magnetic separation part which is coupled to the exit side of the housing so as to filter out foreign substances from the passing livestock manure by using a magnetic force of a permanent magnet that is provided thereto. A dehydration system is configured by comprising the same. Thus, foreign substances can be prevented from entering a dewatering machine, so that damage to the dewatering machine and shutdown of a dewatering system can be prevented. 본 발명의 이물질 제거 장치는 축산분뇨가 유입되는 입구가 일측에 형성되고 배출되는 출구가 타측에 형성된 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 삽입되어 하우징의 입구와 출구 사이에 배치되며, 통과되는 축산분뇨에서 이물질을 거르는 거름망; 및 상기 하우징의 출구 측에 결합되며, 구비된 영구자석의 자력을 이용해 통과되는 축산분뇨에서 이물질을 거르는 자력 선별부; 를 포함하여 이루어지고, 이를 포함하여 탈수 시스템이 구성되어, 이물질들이 탈수 기계로 유입되지 않도록 할 수 있어 탈수 기계의 파손 및 탈수 시스템의 가동이 중단되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
