Summary: | Organic photovoltaics (PV) for laser power harvesting that can be applied to portable devices are disclosed. The organic PV according to the present invention has a PTB7:PC_71_BM-based single junction or a PTB7:PC_71_BM and Cy7-T:C_60-based tandem structure. The organic PV according to the present invention can be easily processable and can be printed on thin, lightweight, and flexible substrates. In addition, since the PV can be made transparent, the PV can be used for power harvesting lamination coating and windows.
휴대용 장치에 적용될 수 있는 레이저 전력 수확을 위한 유기 PV 장치 (Organic Photovoltaics)가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 PV 장치는 PTB7:PC71BM 기반 단일 접합 또는 PTB7:PC71BM 및 Cy7-T:C60 기반 탠덤 구조인 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 유기 PV 장치는 쉽게 가공할 수 있고, 얇고, 가벼우며 유연한 기판에 인쇄될 수 있다. 또한, 투명하게 제작될 수 있으므로 전력 수확 라미네이션 코팅 및 창문에 이용될 수 있다. |
