A remote reading performance control method for a remote reading target image according to an embodiment may comprise: a step of receiving, by a reading request management device, remote reading request information and a remote reading target image from a reading request data transmission device; a step of comparing, by the reading request management device, a generation time of the remote reading request information and a generation time of the remote reading target image; a step of determining, by the reading request management device, whether or not performing the remote reading is suitable for the remote reading target image based on the comparison result; and a step of performing, by the reading request management device, an operation based on the determination.
