Summary:The present invention relates to a motor drive control system and a control method thereof. The present invention provides the motor drive control system and the control method thereof which vary a current limiting logic, to which a BLDC motor for a cooling fan is applied, according to a driving speed of a motor so as to safely protect the motor under an overload of a low speed driving state as well as an overload of a high speed driving state. 본 발명은 모터 구동 제어 시스템 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 쿨링팬용 BLDC 모터에 적용되는 전류 제한 로직을 모터의 구동 속도에 따라 가변시켜 고속 구동 상태의 과부하 뿐 아니라, 저속 구동 상태의 과부하에서도 모터를 안정적으로 보호할 수 있는 모터 구동 제어 시스템 및 그 제어 방법을 제공함에 있다.
