A modified asphalt binder composition for bridge pavement of the present invention is prepared by mixing 1-10 parts by weight of a polar maleic anhydride modified polyolefin resin (ii) with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt (i), 10-30 parts by weight of a low-density polyethylene resin with respect to 100 parts by weight of a polyamine amide resin (iii), 35-100 parts by weight of an alkyd resin containing at least one selected from petroleum hydrocarbon oil, paraffinic oil, vegetable oil and animal oil, and 5-15 parts by weight of an asphalt modifier composition in which 50-150 parts by weight of polyolefin wax is heated and mixed. In the present invention, a watertight asphalt mixture for bridge pavement is prepared by mixing 2-10 parts by weight of the modified asphalt binder composition for bridge pavement in a pre-mix method with respect to 100 parts by weight of aggregate. The watertight asphalt mixture for bridge pavement, prepared according to the present invention, has a minimum porosity of 2 % or less, secures watertightness, shows a dynamic stability of 3,000 times/mm or more, and has excellent durability due to its excellent plastic deformation resistance and bending comformability, and exhibits PG grade performance (PG 82-22). 본 발명의 교면 포장용 개질 아스팔트 바인더 조성물은 (ⅰ) 아스팔트 100중량부에 대하여, (ⅱ) 극성의 말레익 안하이드라이드 변성 폴리 올레핀계 수지 1~10중량부와 (ⅲ) 폴리 아민 아미드계 수지 100중량부에 대하여 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 10~30중량부, 석유계 탄화수소 오일, 파라핀계 오일, 식물성 오일 및 동물성 오일중에서 선택된 1종 이상이 함유된 알키드 수지 35~100중량부 및 폴리 올레핀계 왁스 50~150중량부가 가열, 혼합되어 있는 아스팔트 개질제 조성물 5~15중량부가 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에서는 골재 100중량부에 대하여 상기 교면 포장용 개질 아스팔트 바인더 조성물 2~10중량부를 프리-믹스 방식으로 첨가, 혼합하여 교면 포장용 수밀성 아스팔트 혼합물을 제조한다. 본 발명으로 제조된 교면 포장용 수밀성 아스팔트 혼합물은 공극율이 2% 이하로 최소화되어 수밀성이 확보됨과 동시에 동적안정도가 3,000회/㎜ 이상이고 소성변형 저항성과 휨 추종성이 우수하여 내구성이 뛰어나고, PG 82-22의 공용성 등급을 구현한다.
