The disclosed organic light emitting display device of the present invention may include: a substrate divided into a plurality of sub-pixels; an organic light emitting element which emits a first light and includes a first electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode; and a wavelength conversion layer disposed overlapping with the first electrode in a region corresponding to at least one light emitting region of the plurality of sub-pixels and converting the first light into any one of second to fourth light. 본 발명은 유기발광 표시장치를 개시한다. 개시된 본 발명의 유기발광 표시장치는 본 발명의 유기발광 표시장치는 복수의 서브화소로 구분되는 기판, 제 1 광을 발광하며 제 1 전극, 유기발광층 및 제 2 전극을 포함하는 유기발광소자 및 상기 복수의 서브화소의 적어도 1 개의 발광영역과 대응되는 영역에서 상기 제 1 전극과 중첩하여 배치되며 상기 제 1 광을 제 2 광 내지 제 4 광 중 어느 하나로 변환시키는 파장변환층을 포함한다.
