Summary:A display panel according to the embodiment includes a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, a fourth layer, and a fifth layer sequentially stacked. The first layer and the fifth layer include an electrically connected first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer located on the first conductive layer and in contact with the fifth layer. The first layer and the third layer include a first metal, and the second layer includes a second metal different from the first metal. The fourth layer includes the first metal and oxygen in a first composition ratio. The fifth layer includes the first metal and oxygen in a second composition ratio. The first composition ratio and the second composition ratio are different from each other. According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent a decrease in applied voltage by reducing the contact resistance between different conductive layers. 실시예에 따른 표시 패널은 순차적으로 적층된 제1층, 제2층, 제3층, 제4층, 및 제5층을 포함하며, 상기 제1층과 상기 제5층은 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 제1 도전층, 그리고 상기 제1 도전층 위에 위치하며 상기 제5층과 접촉하는 제2 도전층을 포함하고, 상기 제1층과 상기 제3층은 제1금속을 포함하고, 상기 제2층은 상기 제1금속과 다른 제2금속을 포함하며, 상기 제4층은 상기 제1금속 및 산소를 제1조성비로 포함하고, 상기 제5층은 상기 제1금속 및 산소를 제2조성비로 포함하고, 상기 제1조성비와 상기 제2조성비는 서로 다르다.
