The welfare center advertisement and service provision system includes: a digital signage which is installed in a welfare center to be exposed outwardly and receives content to be displayed outwardly; a kiosk which is installed in the welfare center and enables a member to receive a service by an operation of the member; a member management unit which manages members for usage of the welfare center; and an integrate messaging unit which enables members and a manager of the welfare center to send and receive a message.
