Summary:The present invention relates to an endoscopic suturing device. The endoscopic suturing device comprises: a main body which is coupled to an endoscope; a curved needle which is pivotally provided at a front end of the main body; a needle driver which is brought into contact with the curved needle to swivel the curved needle; a rotary drive unit which rotates the needle driver so as to swivel the curved needle; and a rotary power generation unit which provides rotary power to the rotary drive unit, wherein the rotary drive unit comprises at least two gears which are rotated in engagement with each other by rotary power provided from the rotary power generation unit to rotate the needle driver. Accordingly, it is possible to continuously suture a wide range of incisions with high suturing power by using an endoscope. 본 발명은 내시경에 결합되는 메인 바디와, 상기 메인 바디의 전단에 선회 가능하게 설치되는 곡선형 니들과, 상기 곡선형 니들에 접촉되어 상기 곡선형 니들을 선회시키는 니들 드라이버와, 상기 곡선형 니들이 선회하도록 상기 니들 드라이버를 회전시키는 회전 구동부와, 상기 회전 구동부에 회전력을 제공하는 회전력 발생부를 포함하며; 상기 회전 구동부는 상기 회전력 발생부에서 제공하는 회전력에 따라 상호 맞물려 회전하여 상기 니들 드라이버를 회전시키는 적어도 둘 이상의 기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 봉합 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 내시경을 이용해 높은 봉합력으로 넓은 절개 범위의 연속적 봉합이 가능하게 된다.
