Summary:The present invention relates to an ignition monitoring device and ignition monitoring method of an indoor coal storage facility installed in an indoor coal storage to monitor ignition. The ignition monitoring device of an indoor coal storage comprises: a photographing unit capturing a real image and thermal image in an indoor coal storage; a communication unit transmitting the real image and thermal image; a storage unit storing the real image and thermal image; an arithmetic processing unit performing calculation to predict ignition based on the thermal image; an image processing unit mapping and synthesizing thermal image data to a coal storage image; and a display unit displaying an entire coal storage on a single screen using mapped images. Accordingly, the present invention includes the photographing unit, communication unit, storage unit, arithmetic processing unit, image processing unit, and display unit to capture and map the real image and thermal image to monitor ignition. Therefore, spontaneous ignition of loads can be predicted and monitored in a coal-fired power plant which constructs and operates the indoor coal storage. 본 발명은 옥내 저탄장에 설치되어 발화를 감시하는 옥내 저탄장의 발화 감시장치 및 발화 감시방법에 관한 것으로서, 옥내 저탄장에 실화상과 열화상을 촬영하는 촬영부와, 실화상 이미지와 열화상 이미지를 전송하는 통신부와, 실화상 이미지와 열화상 이미지를 저장하는 저장부와, 열화상 이미지에 의해 발화를 예측하도록 연산하는 연산처리부와, 열화상 데이터를 저탄장 이미지에 맵핑하여 합성하는 화상처리부와, 맵핑된 이미지를 사용하여 전체 저탄장을 하나의 화면으로 표시하는 표시부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 실화상과 열화상을 촬영하고 맵핑하여 발화를 감시하도록 촬영부와 통신부와 저장부와 연산처리부와 화상처리부와 표시부를 구비함으로써, 옥내 저탄장을 건설하여 운영하는 석탄화력발전소에서 적재물의 자연발화를 예측하고 모니터링할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
