The present invention relates to a garlic stem cutting and garlic sorting device, and more specifically, to a garlic stem cutting and garlic sorting device which allows garlic stems placed loaded and transported on a supply conveyor to be aligned and transferred and then allows garlic stems of garlic (also referred to as whole garlic or garlic root) to be cut to be left by 25-30 mm and then to be transferred without being delayed while allowing a sorting operation for sorting the same by uniform size to be smoothly performed. 본 발명은 마늘줄기 절단 및 마늘 선별장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 공급 컨베이어에 올려져 이송되는 마늘줄기를 정렬시켜 이송한 다음 이송되는 마늘('통마늘' 또는 '마늘뿌리'라고도 함)로부터 마늘줄기를 25~30㎜가 남도록 절단한 후 그 절단된 마늘을 지연됨 없이 이송시킴과 동시에 정확한 크기별로의 선별작업이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 마늘줄기 절단 및 마늘 선별장치에 관한 것이다.
