Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing ginseng tea includes the steps of: a washing step of washing ginseng sprouts as a first material and white ginseng as a second material; a drying step of drying the first material and the second material; a sorting step of separating the first material into leaves, stems, and roots, and cutting the second material; a roasting step of frying first and second ingredients to the extent which the first and second ingredients do not burn; and packaging step of mixing and packaging the first material and the second material in a predetermined ratio. The present invention provides the ginseng sprout tea having a soft flavor of ginseng sprouts and a unique flavor of ginseng. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 새싹삼차 제조 방법은 제1재료인 새싹삼 및 제2재료인 백삼을 세척하는 세척단계, 제1재료 및 제2재료를 건조하는 건조단계, 제1재료를 잎, 줄기, 뿌리로 구분해 분리하고, 제2재료를 절단하는 분류단계, 제1재료 및 제2재료를 볶아서 타지 않을 정도로 익히는 덖음단계, 제1재료 및 제2재료를 미리 정해진 비율로 혼합해 포장하는 포장단계를 포함한다.
