Summary:The present invention relates to an integrated method for preparing styrene and propene oxides which comprises the steps of: a) dehydrogenating ethylbenzene in the presence of a dehydrogenation catalyst; b) separating styrene and hydrogen from a reaction mixture of step a); c) preparing hydrogen peroxide from the hydrogen and oxygen separated in step b); d) making the hydrogen peroxide obtained in step c) react with propene in the presence of an epoxidation catalyst to provide a reaction mixture comprising propene oxide; and e) separating propene oxide from a reaction mixture obtained in step d). 스티렌 및 프로펜 산화물을 제조하기 위한 통합된 방법으로서, a) 탈수소화 촉매의 존재 하에 에틸벤젠을 탈수소화시키는 단계; b) 단계 a) 의 반응 혼합물로부터 스티렌 및 수소를 분리하는 단계; c) 단계 b) 에서 분리된 수소 및 산소로부터 과산화수소를 제조하는 단계; d) 프로펜 산화물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 제공하도록 에폭시화 촉매의 존재 하에 단계 c) 에서 얻어진 과산화수소와 프로펜을 반응시키는 단계; 및 e) 단계 d) 에서 얻은 반응 혼합물로부터 프로펜 산화물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 스티렌 및 프로펜 산화물을 제조하기 위한 통합된 방법.
