Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a positive electrode active material for an all-solid-state battery through sonication. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: preparing a positive electrode active material; preparing a coating solution including a lithium-containing precursor and a transition metal-containing precursor; preparing a mixed solution by adding a positive electrode active material to the coating solution; sonicating the mixed solution at a first temperature; and forming a coating layer including lithium transition metal oxide on a positive electrode active material layer by heat-treating a product of sonication at a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
본 발명은 음파 처리(Sonication)를 통한 전고체 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 제조방법은 양극 활물질을 준비하는 단계, 리튬 함유 전구체 및 전이금속 함유 전구체를 포함하는 코팅 용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 코팅 용액에 상기 양극 활물질을 투입하여 혼합 용액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 혼합 용액을 제1 온도에서 음파 처리(Sonication)하는 단계 및 음파 처리의 결과물을 제1 온도보다 높은 제2 온도로 열처리하여 양극 활물질층에 리튬 전이금속 산화물을 포함하는 코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다. |
