The present invention relates to a control method using biocide which does not contain agricultural pesticides to control pests and diseases occurring in soil or cultivated crops. The control method comprises: a first process of selecting and preparing at least one among ammonium sulfamate, sodium hypochlorite (NaClO), sodium chlorite (NaClO_2), calcium hypochlorite, chloramine-T, and sulfur (S) as biocide which does not contain agricultural pesticides to control pests and diseases occurring in cultivated crops as well as soil; a second process of preparing water as a solvent to dilute the biocide prepared in the first process to a level capable of controlling pests and diseases and diluting the biocide to a concentration of 0.5-500 ppm so that a chemical solution of the biocide which is for pest and disease control of soil and cultivated crops is prepared; and a third process which is applied to carry out pest and disease control by an irrigation method in which the chemical solution of the diluted biocide, obtained through the second process, is sprayed to the soil using a sprinkler or a watering can. 본 발명은 토양 또는 재배작물에 발생된 병충해를 방제하기 위하여 농약이 포함되지 않은 살생물물질(殺生物物質)을 이용한 방제방법으로서, 토양을 비롯한 재배 작물에 발생된 병해충을 방제하기 위한 농약이 포함되지 않는 살생물 물질로 설폼산암모늄(Ammonium sulfamate), 차염소산나트륨(NaClO, Sodium hypochlorite), 아염소산나트륨(NaClO2, Sodium chlorite), 클로로칼퀴(Calcium hypochlorite), 클로라민-T(Chloramine-T), 황(S) 중 1종 이상이 선택되어 준비되는 제1공정과, 상기 제1공정으로 준비된 살생물 물질을 이용하여 병해충을 방제할 수 있는 수준의 농도로 희석하기 위해 물을 용매로 선택하고 살생물 물질이 0.5 ppm 내지는 500 ppm 농도로 희석시켜 토양 및 재배 작물의 병해충 방제를 위한 살생물 물질의 약액이 만들어지는 제2공정과, 상기 제2공정을 통하여 얻은 희석된 살생물 물질의 약액을 살포기나 물뿌리개 등을 이용하여 토양에 살포하는 관주방법에 의해 병해충 방제를 실시하도록 적용되는 제3공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 살생물물질(殺生物物質)을 이용한 방제방법 관련 기술이다.
