Summary:The present invention relates to a nucleic acid for simultaneously inhibiting expression of a c-MET gene and a PD-L1 gene and an anti-cancer pharmaceutical composition. The double-target nucleic acid of the present invention is designed to have a sense strand inhibiting expression of a PD-L1 gene and an anti-sense strand inhibiting expression of a c-MET and simultaneously inhibits expression of both the c-MET gene and the PD-L1 gene when actually applied as a siRNA or a shRNA to various cancer cells. In addition, the double-target nucleic acid of the present invention greatly inhibits expression of both genes when applied as a shRNA to viruses, thereby being useful as an anti-cancer composition or an anti-cancer adjuvant to various carcinomas. The nucleic acid of the present invention can be delivered locally and has outstanding specificity. 본 발명은 c-MET 유전자 및 PD-L1 유전자의 발현을 동시에 억제하는 핵산 분자 및 이를 포함하는 항암용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 센스 가닥은 PD-L1 유전자의 발현을 억제하고 안티센스 가닥은 c-MET 유전자의 발현을 억제하도록 설계된 본 발명의 이중 표적 핵산 분자는 실제로 다양한 암세포에 siRNA 또는 shRNA로 적용했을 때 모두 c-MET 유전자 및 PD-L1 유전자의 발현을 동시에 억제하였으며, 이를 shRNA로 바이러스에 적용하였을 때도 두 유전자 발현을 모두 현저히 억제하였으므로, 다양한 암종에 항암용 조성물 또는 항암보조제로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있고, 국소 전달이 가능하고, 선택성이 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
