Summary:The present invention relates to a method for producing eco-friendly and stabilized complex coacervate particles, and more specifically, to a method for producing eco-friendly and stabilized complex coacervate particles (HA-Ball) in which a natural extract is used as an acid/base regulator, and hyaluronic acid (HA), silica, block polymers, and the like are used as cross-linking agents and stabilizers in producing complex coacervate particles encapsulating a core material in a coacervate shell. According to the present invention, the method for producing eco-friendly and stabilized novel coacervate particles is implemented by replacing a chemical acid/base regulator and a cross-linking agent used in a conventional to prepare complex coacervate particles with natural product-based raw materials. In addition, the method for producing complex coacervate particles is implemented by using hyaluronic acid (HA) as a novel stabilizer such that coacervate can be stabilized or the strength of coacervate can be increased through matrix formation or linker connection. 본 발명은 친환경적이고 안정화된 복합 코아세르베이트 입자의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 코아세르베이트 쉘에 코어 물질을 봉입하는 복합 코아세르베이트 입자를 제조함에 있어서, 산/염기 조절제로서 천연추출물을 이용하고, 가교제 및 안정화제로서 히알루론산(HA), 실리카, 블록고분자 등을 이용한 친환경적이고 안정화된 복합 코아세르베이트 입자(HA-Ball) 제조방법에 관한 것이다 본 발명에 따르면, 종래 복합 코아세르베이트 입자를 제조하기 위하여 사용되던 화학적 산, 염기 조절제 및 가교제를 천연물 기반의 원료로 대체하여 친환경적이고 안정화된 신규 코아세르베이트 입자 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 새로운 안정화제로서 히알루론산(HA) 등을 사용함으로써 매트릭스 형성 또는 링커 연결을 통해 코아세르베이트를 안정화시키거나 강도를 증가시키는 복합 코아세르베이트 입자의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
