A pixel of an organic light emitting display device includes: a switching transistor that transmits a data voltage in response to a gate write signal; a storage capacitor for storing the data voltage transmitted by the switching transistor; a driving transistor for generating a driving current based on the data voltage stored in the storage capacitor; a light emitting transistor selectively forming a path of the driving current in response to a light emitting signal; an organic light emitting diode that emits light based on the driving current; and a diode initialization transistor that transmits an initialization voltage to the organic light emitting diode in response to the light emitting signal.
