Summary:An agitator and an aerobic tank having the same are disclosed. The aerobic tank according to one aspect of the present invention includes a vertical agitator positioned inside the tank and an aeration tube positioned on the bottom surface of the tank, wherein an anaerobic zone without the aeration tube is provided at the bottom of the agitator, and an acid-free region is provided with protrusions protruding from the bottom surface of the tank. 교반기 및 이를 구비한 호기조가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 호기조는, 조의 내부에 위치하는 수직형 교반기와, 조의 바닥면에 위치하는 산기관을 포함하고, 교반기의 하부에는 산기관이 형성되지 않은 무산기영역이 구비되어 있으며, 무산기영역에는 조의 바닥면에서 돌출 형성된 돌기가 구비되어 있다.
