An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a support by means of an extrusion scheme and a molded support manufactured thereby, in which a reinforcing core material and a rectangular tubular body forming an exterior appearance of a support are separately extruded so as to facilitate extrusion, thereby having manufacturing convenience, and in which a separately-extruded core material is inserted and integrally bonded with a tubular body so that the strength thereof can be reinforced. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a support by means of an extrusion scheme comprises: a primary extrusion step of extruding a core material, which is a primary extruded product, and has support pieces radially formed at the center; a secondary extrusion step of extruding a rectangular tubular body, which is a secondary extruded product, and has an inner hollow part with both open ends; and a bonding step of inserting the core material, which is the primary extruded product extruded in the primary extrusion step, into the inner hollow part of the tubular body, which is the secondary extruded product extruded in the secondary extrusion step, and integrally fixing and bonding the core material in the inner hollow part of the tubular body by thermal fusion and cooling. 본 발명의 목적은 보강을 위한 심재와 지주대의 외형을 형성하는 사각형상의 관체를 각각 분리하여 압출함으로서 압출을 용이하게 하여 제작의 편의성을 갖고, 분리 압출된 심재를 관체에 삽입하여 일체형으로 접착하여 강도를 보강할 수 있는 압출방법에 의한 지주대 제작 방법 및 이에 의해 제작된 지주대 성형물을 제공한다. 이러한 본 발명은, 압출방법에 의한 지주대 제작 방법으로, 1차 압출물이며, 지지편들이 중심부에서 방사상으로 형성되는 심재를 압출하는 1차 압출단계; 2차 압출물이며, 양단이 개구되는 내부중공부를 갖는 사각형상의 관체를 압출하는 2차 압출단계; 및 1차 압출단계에서 압출된 1차 압출물인 심재를, 2차 압출단계에서 압출된 2차 압출물인 관체의 내부중공부에 삽입하여 열융착 및 냉각에 의해 관체의 내부중공부에서 심재를 일체형으로 고정 접합하는 접합단계;를 포함한다.
