The present invention relates to a liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus to manufacture uniform liquid fertilizer. According to the present invention, the liquid fertilizer manufacturing apparatus comprises: a chamber unit; an inner drum which is located inside the chamber unit and in which raw materials are mixed in the inner space; a cover unit coupled to the chamber unit and the upper part of the inner drum and supplying the raw materials into the inner space; a first driving unit including a first rotating shaft which extends downward through the cover unit and the inner drum and performs rotation; a blade unit fixed to the first rotating shaft to stir the raw material according to the rotation of the first rotating shaft; and a second driving unit connected to the lower part of the inner drum to rotate the inner drum independently of the first rotation shaft. 액체비료 제조장치는 챔버부, 내부드럼, 커버부, 제1 구동부, 블레이드부 및 제2 구동부를 포함한다. 상기 내부드럼은 상기 챔버부의 내부에 위치하며, 내부공간에서 원료가 혼합된다. 상기 커버부는 상기 챔버부와 상기 내부드럼의 상부에 결합되며, 상기 내부공간으로 원료를 공급한다. 상기 제1 구동부는 상기 커버부 및 상기 내부드럼을 관통하여 하부방향으로 연장되며 회전하는 제1 회전축을 포함한다. 상기 블레이드부는 상기 제1 회전축에 고정되어 상기 제1 회전축의 회전에 따라 상기 원료를 교반한다. 상기 제2 구동부는 상기 내부드럼의 하부와 연결되어, 상기 내부드럼을 상기 제1 회전축과 독립적으로 회전한다.
