The present invention relates to a novel conjugate compound of methotrexate and a peptide for promoting skin permeation or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to the present invention as an active ingredient, preferably a transdermal delivery pharmaceutical composition for topical administration. The conjugate compound according to the present invention not only exhibits excellent pharmacological activity itself, but is also easy to administer transdermally. Therefore, the compound of the present invention can minimize side effects of methotrexate, which is widely used in the treatment of psoriasis, rheumatism, and inflammation-related diseases. 본 발명은 메토트렉세이트(methotrexate)와 피부 투과 촉진을 위한 펩타이드의 신규 접합체(conjugate) 화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 약학 조성물, 바람직하게는 국소 투여용 경피 전달 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 접합체 화합물은 그 자체로 우수한 약리 활성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 경피 투여에 용이하다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물은 건선, 류마티스 및 염증 관련 질병의 치료에 널리 사용되는 메토트렉세이트의 부작용을 최소화할 수 있다.
