The present invention relates to an eyelash perm rolling machine, wherein paper is moistened with water and fed, eyelashes are aligned on the paper, a pipe is positioned on the paper, and then the paper with eyelashes attached is wrapped around the paper while the pipe is rotated in a state in which the paper is cut. According to the present invention, when paper wound on a paper roll (1) is unwound and fed by a paper feeder (3) in a wet state through a water container (2), eyelashes are positioned on the paper through an eyelash inlet unit (4), and then a pipe is extracted and aligned at the rear of the eyelashes on the paper. In a state in which the paper is cut by a paper cutting unit (7), the end of the paper is rolled and attached to the pipe by a rotating rod roller (8), and the paper is automatically rolled while the pipe is rotated through a pipe rolling unit (9). 본 발명은 속눈썹 펌 롤링기에 관한 것으로, 페이퍼에 물을 적셔 피딩시키고 페이퍼 위에 속눈썹을 정렬하여 파이프를 페이퍼위에 위치시킨 후 페이퍼를 컷팅한 상태에서 파이프를 회전시켜면서 속눈썹이 부착된 페이퍼를 감싸 롤링되도록 한 것이다 본 발명은 페이퍼 롤(1)에 감겨있는 페이퍼가 풀리면서 물통(2)을 통해 적셔진 상태에서 페이퍼 피딩기(3)에 의해 피딩되면, 페이퍼 위에 속눈썹 유입부(4)를 통하여 속눈썹이 위치되며, 이어 페이퍼 위의 속눈썹 후방에 파이프를 추출하여 정렬시키고 페이퍼 컷팅부(7)에서 페이퍼를 컷팅한 상태에서 회전봉 롤러(8)에 의해 파이프에 페이퍼 끝단이 한번 말려 접착된 상태에서 파이프 롤링부(9)를 통하여 파이프를 회전시키면서 페이퍼를 자동으로 롤링하게 되는 것이다.
