The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly plasticizer composition which exhibits an equivalent level of excellent thermal stability and a fast-gelling rate compared to a conventional plasticizer composition comprising diethylhexyl cyclohexane dicarboxylate alone and can reduce the amount of a viscosity-lowering agent used when used for an impregnating layer or a wallpaper formulation due to remarkably low viscosity. 본 발명은 종래 디에틸헥실 사이클로헥산 디카르복실레이트를 단독으로 포함하는 가소제 조성물과 비교하여 동등 수준의 우수한 열안정성과 빠른 겔링 속도를 나타내면서도, 점도는 현저히 낮아, 함침층이나 벽지 배합 등에 사용시 점도저하제의 사용량을 감소시킬 수 있는, 친환경 가소제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
