Summary:The present invention comprises: a sitting sensor detecting whether a user sits; a contact sensor provided to a buckle of a seat belt of a vehicle to detect whether the seat belt is fastened; an external notification unit provided to the outside of the vehicle to generate notification when the seat belt is not fastened; and an electronic control unit generating an alarm signal, which notifies a non-fastening state of the seat belt, through the external notification unit when non-fastening of the seat belt is detected through the contact sensor while the sitting of the user is detected through the sitting sensor. The present invention provides a means for easily recognizing that the seat belt is not fastened from the outside of the vehicle. 사용자의 착석 여부를 감지하는 착석 센서; 차량의 안전벨트의 버클에 구비되어, 안전벨트 체결 여부를 감지하는 접촉 센서; 차량 외부에 구비되어, 안전벨트 미체결시에 알람이 발생되는 외부 알람부; 상기 착석 센서를 통해 사용자의 착석이 감지된 상태에서 접촉 센서를 통해 안전벨트 미체결이 감지되는 경우, 안전벨트 미체결 상태라는 알람 신호를 상기 외부 알람부를 통해 발생시키는 전자제어유닛;를 포함할 수 있다.
