According to the present invention, the retaining ring, which was difficult to remove, can be removed with a simple operation of turning the tool counterclockwise while pressing a button. In addition, previously, children could not open a plastic bottle by themselves, but using the tool of the present invention has a helpful effect of opening the plastic bottle by themselves. 본 발명은 페트병 뚜껑을 쉽게 따면서 고정링을 제거함으로서 재활용의 효율을 높여 환경보존을 위한발명품으로서 버튼을 누른상태에서 반시계방향으로 돌리는 단순한 동작만으로 제거하기 힘들었던 고정링을 제거하고 어린아이들은 페트병을 못땄지만 이 발명품을 사용하면도움이 되는 효과를 갖는다.
