The power supply device (20) is a power supply device having a high frequency power supply (300) for supplying a burst-shaped high frequency voltage (Vr) to a laser oscillator (110), which comprises: a control circuit (140) controlling the high frequency power supply (300); a control power supply (260) supplying power to the control circuit (140); a second case (224) made of metal accommodating the control circuit (140) and the control power supply (260); and a first metal case (222) accommodating the second case (224) and the high frequency power source (300).
