The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating skin photodamage caused by light, particularly blue light, comprising a colostrum-derived product as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating skin photodamage caused by blue light according to the present invention exhibits a photoprotective effect on cellular acid induced by blue light with a wavelength of 380 to 500 nm and a scavenging activity against intracellular reactive oxygen species induced by hydrogen peroxide and blue light to reduce apoptosis induced by blue light and restore cell viability. 본 발명은 초유 유래물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 광, 특히 블루라이트에 의한 피부의 광손상의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 피부의 블루라이트 광손상의 예방 또는 개선용 화장료 조성물은 380~500 nm 파장의 블루라이트에 의해 유발된 세포 산상에 대한 광보호 효과 및 과산화수소와 블루라이트에 의해 유도된 세포내 활성산소종에 대한 소거 활성을 나타냄으로써 블루라이트에 의해 유도 세포사멸을 감소시키고 세포 생존력을 회복시킨다.
