A blast processing apparatus is provided with a storage container, a volumetric feeder, and a nozzle for blast processing. An abrasive container stores an abrasive. The volumetric feeder supplies the abrasive from the storage container. The nozzle sprays the abrasive supplied from the volumetric feeder with compressed air together. The volumetric feeder has a casing and a screw. The casing includes: an inlet extended along a horizontal direction, forming a space therein, and connecting the space to a storage room; and a supply tool opening downward from a location spaced apart from the inlet in a horizontal direction. A screw has a rotation axis accommodated in the casing and extended along a horizontal direction and sends the abrasive in the space back from the inlet to the supply tool by rotating around the rotation axis. The screw is accommodated in the casing not to be overlapped with the supply tool in a vertical direction. The present invention can prevent an increase or decrease in the amount of the sprayed abrasive. 블라스트 가공 장치는, 저류 용기, 정량 공급 장치, 및 블라스트 가공용의 노즐을 구비한다. 연마 용기는 연마재를 저류한다. 정량 공급 장치는, 저류 용기로부터 연마재를 공급한다. 노즐은 정량 공급 장치로부터 공급되는 연마재를 압축 공기와 함께 분사한다. 정량 공급 장치는 케이싱 및 스크류를 가진다. 케이싱은 수평 방향을 따라서 연재하고, 내부에 공간을 형성하며, 공간과 저류실을 연통하는 도입구와, 도입구로부터 수평 방향으로 이간한 위치에서 하방을 향해서 개구된 공급구를 가진다. 스크류는 케이싱에 수용되고, 수평 방향을 따라서 연재하는 회전축을 가지며, 회전축을 중심으로 하여 회전하는 것에 의해서 상기 공간 내의 연마재를 도입구로부터 공급구를 향해서 반송한다. 스크류는, 연직 방향에서 공급구와 겹쳐지지 않도록 케이싱에 수용된다.
