Summary: | An objective of the present invention is to provide a photocatalytic coating agent that adheres well to inorganic surfaces such as glass and surfaces of various materials such as plastic or metal, does not deteriorate activity while adhering to the various surfaces, maintains transparency of a coating surface and does not damage the coating surface or a base material. A sol-gel process of reactive alkoxysilane and metal alkoxide and a polymer polymerization process of acrylic monomer are simultaneously performed to prepare an organic-inorganic hybrid oligomer in which organic and inorganic structures are covalently bonded. The organic-inorganic hybrid type oligomer is added to an antibacterial metal-containing photocatalyst to prepare the organic-inorganic hybrid type photocatalyst coating agent that has excellent antimicrobial activity without damage to a surface of a coated material and can adhere to various substrate surfaces.
과제: 유리와 같은 무기질 표면 외에도 플라스틱이나 금속과 같은 다양한 물질의 표면에 잘 부착하는 광촉매 코팅제를 제공하려는 것, 다양한 표면에 부착하면서도 활성이 저하하지 않는 광촉매 코팅제를 제공하려는 것, 코팅 표면의 투명도가 유지되며, 코팅 표면이나 모재의 손상이 없는 광촉매 코팅제를 제공하려는 것. 해결 수단: 반응성 알콕시실란과 금속 알콕사이드의 졸겔 공정과 아크릴 단량체의 고분자 중합공정을 동시에 진행하여 유기 구조와 무기 구조가 공유결합으로 연결된 유무기 하이브리드형 올리고머를 제조하였다. 항균금속 함유 광촉매에 상기 유무기 하이브리드형 올리고머를 첨가하여 항균력이 우수하고 피도물 표면 손상이 없고, 다양한 피도물 표면에 부착 가능한 유무기 하이브리드형 광촉매 코팅제를 제조하였다. |
