According to an embodiment of the present invention, an inventory asset collateral management system comprises: a server that manages collateral for inventory assets for each company stored in a warehouse; a first locking device installed in the warehouse to lock or unlock a door of the warehouse; and a first sensor installed in the warehouse to monitor whether the door of the warehouse is opened or closed so as to detect occurrence of a first event in which the inventory asset is taken out of the warehouse or brought into the warehouse. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 재고 자산 담보 관리 시스템은 창고에 보관되어 있는 업체별 재고 자산에 대한 담보를 관리하는 서버; 상기 창고에 구비되어 상기 창고의 도어를 잠금 또는 잠금 해제하는 제1 잠금 장치; 및 상기 창고에 구비되고, 상기 창고의 도어에 대한 개폐 여부를 모니터링하여 상기 재고 자산이 상기 창고에서 반출되거나 상기 창고로 인입되는 제1 이벤트의 발생을 감지하는 제1 센서를 포함한다.
