Summary:A tubular compression molding apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a tubular mold which includes a housing that has a space storing thermal oil therein and is open in a downward direction and a flexible membrane that is located in the open downward direction of the housing and blocks an open lower part, and in which an inlet through which the thermal oil is injected is located on one side and an outlet through which the thermal oil is discharged is located at a corresponding position on the other side; a lower mold in which a cavity corresponding to a shape of a molded product is formed on an upper surface, and which meshes with the tubular mold; and a thermal oil circulation unit which includes a heating mechanism adjusting the temperature of the thermal oil, a supply pipe transferring the heated thermal oil to the inlet of the tubular mold at a predetermined pressure, a discharge pipe transferring the thermal oil discharged from the tubular mold to the heating mechanism, and a pressure control valve controlling the pressure of the thermal oil inside the tubular mold, wherein the tubular compression molding apparatus has a structure in which the flexible film is expanded by the pressure of the thermal oil injected into the tubular mold to apply heat and pressure to a carbon fiber impregnated with a thermosetting resin located in the cavity of the lower mold for molding. The tubular compression molding apparatus enables high-speed molding while achieving high precision and high quality. 본 발명에 따른 튜브형 압착 성형장치는 내부에 열매체유를 수용하는 공간이 구비되며 하부 방향이 개방된 하우징 및 하우징의 개방된 하부 방향에 위치하여 개방된 하부를 막는 플렉시블 막으로 구성되고, 일측 위치에 열매체유가 주입되는 주입구가 위치하고 타측 대응하는 위치에 열매체유가 배출되는 배출구가 위치하는 튜브형 몰드, 상부면에 성형품의 형상에 대응하는 캐비티(cavity)가 형성되며, 튜브형 몰드와 치합되는 하부 몰드 및 열매체유의 온도를 조절하는 가열기구, 가열된 열매체유를 소정의 압력으로 튜브형 몰드부의 주입구로 전달하는 공급관, 튜브형 몰드부에서 배출되는 열매체유를 가열기구로 전달하는 배출관 및 튜브형 몰드부 내부의 열매체유 압력을 조절하는 압력조절밸브를 구비한 열매체 순환부를 포함하며, 튜브형 몰드 내부에 주입된 열매체유의 압력에 의해 상기 플렉시블 막이 팽창하여 하부 몰드의 캐비티에 위치한 열경화성 수지가 함침된 탄소섬유에 열과 압력을 가해 성형하는 구조를 가진다.
