The present invention relates to an operation method in a communication system, which comprises the steps of: receiving an SPS PDSCH from a base station; receiving a first PDSCH from the base station; generating SPS HARQ ACK/NACK information on the SPS PDSCH; generating first HARQ ACK/NACK information on the first PDSCH; and transmitting the SPS HARQ-ACK/NACK information and first HARQ ACK/NACK information together in a second slot after a first slot when the SPS HARQ-ACK/NACK information is not transmitted in the first slot and the transmission of the SPS HARQ-ACK/NACK information is deferred. Therefore, the overall performance of a system can be improved. 통신 시스템에서 단말의 동작 방법은: 기지국으로부터 SPS PDSCH를 수신하는 단계; 상기 기지국으로부터 제1 PDSCH를 수신하는 단계; 상기 SPS PDSCH 에 대한 SPS HARQ ACK/NACK 정보를 생성하는 단계; 상기 제1 PDSCH에 대한 제1 HARQ ACK/NACK 정보를 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 SPS HARQ-ACK/NACK 정보가 제1 슬롯에서 전송되지 못하고 상기 SPS HARQ-ACK/NACK 정보의 전송이 연기되는 경우(deferred), 상기 제1 슬롯 이후의 제2 슬롯에서 상기 SPS HARQ ACK/NACK 정보와 상기 제1 HARQ ACK/NACK 정보를 함께 전송하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
