The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode assembly, an electrode assembly manufactured using the same, and a secondary battery comprising the electrode assembly. More specifically, the method comprises: (s1) sequentially disposing a separator and a first electrode; (s2) a line-compression step of disposing a separator on an upper surface of the first electrode, and rolling and compressing the separator from one end to the other end of the upper surface using a compression roller; (s3) disposing a second electrode on an upper surface of the separator; (s4) a line-compression step of disposing a separator on an upper surface of the second electrode, and rolling and compressing the separator from one end of an upper surface to the other end using a compression roller; and (s5) a surface compression step of compressing the electrode assembly manufactured in steps (s1) to (s4) using a compression plate. 본원발명은 전극조립체 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 전극조립체 및 상기 전극조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 (s1) 분리막, 제1 전극을 순차적으로 배치하는 단계, (s2) 상기 제1 전극의 상단면에 분리막을 배치하고, 상기 분리막의 상단면 일단에서 타단까지 압착 롤러를 이용하여 롤링하면서 압착하는 선압착단계, (s3) 상기 분리막의 상단면 위에 제2 전극을 배치하는 단계, (s4) 상기 제2 전극의 상단면에 분리막을 배치하고, 상기 분리막의 상단면 일단에서 타단까지 압착 롤러를 이용하여 롤링하면서 압착하는 선압착단계 및 (s5) 상기 (s1) 단계 내지 (s4) 단계에서 제조된 전극조립체를 압착 플레이트를 이용하여 압착하는 면압착단계를 포함하는 전극조립체 제조방법 및 상기 전극조립체 제조방법을 통해 제조된 전극조립체를 포함하는 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
