Summary:According to an embodiment of the present invention, a sensor device comprises: a sensor array having a plurality of photodiodes generating current signals in response to light; an encoder that encodes the current signals to generate a plurality of analog signals and sequentially outputs the plurality of analog signals; a signal processing module for signal-processing the plurality of analog signals received from the encoder to generate digital signals; and a decoder for decoding the digital signals received from the signal processing module to generate a plurality of data signals corresponding to the current signals. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 센서 장치는, 빛에 반응하여 전류 신호들을 생성하는 복수의 포토 다이오드들을 갖는 센서 어레이, 상기 전류 신호들을 인코딩하여 복수의 아날로그 신호들을 생성하고, 상기 복수의 아날로그 신호들을 순차적으로 출력하는 인코더, 상기 인코더로부터 수신한 상기 복수의 아날로그 신호들을 신호처리하여 디지털 신호들을 생성하는 신호 처리 모듈, 및 상기 신호 처리 모듈로부터 수신한 상기 디지털 신호들을 디코딩하여 상기 전류 신호들에 대응하는 복수의 데이터 신호들을 생성하는 디코더를 포함한다.
