Summary:The present invention relates to a hot air circulation type bean roasting device, which enables easy installation and use due to the simplification of the overall structure, wherein high-quality coffee beans can be manufactured continuously and evenly as hot air circulates in a space where the green coffee beans are accommodated, and by automatically collecting coffee by-products mixed in a hot air due to a flow of gas that repeatedly rises and falls according to a temperature difference, user convenience can be improved. The hot air circulation type bean roasting device comprises: a hot air blower (10) in which hot air generated from a built-in heat source is circulated and discharged by a nozzle (11) provided thereon; an upper and lower narrow receiving part (20) in which heat processing of the beans is performed by hot air supplied by combining with a nozzle while accommodating the beans inside; a dust collection unit (30) installed in an upper part of the receiving part and separating and collecting coffee by-products mixed with the heat flow through a receiving groove formed along the inner diameter due to the flow of gas that repeatedly rises and falls according to the temperature difference; and a cover body (40) shielding an upper part of the dust collecting unit to prevent coffee by-products from being lost to the outside and emitting heat. 본 발명은 제반 구조의 단순화로 설치와 사용이 극히 편리할 뿐 아니라 생두가 수용된 공간 내에서 열기류가 지속적으로 균일하게 순환되어 고품질의 원두를 제조할 수 있음과 아울러, 온도차에 따라 상승과 하강을 반복하는 기체의 흐름에 기인하여 열기류에 혼합된 커피부산물이 자동 집진되어 사용상 편의성이 적극 향상되는 열기류 순환식 원두 로스팅 장치에 관한 것으로, 내장된 열원으로부터 생성된 열기가 상부에 구비된 노즐(11)에 의해 회류하면서 배출되는 열풍기(10)와, 원두를 내부 수용한 상태로 노즐과 결합하여 공급되는 열기에 의해 원두의 열 가공이 이루어지는 상광하협 형상의 수용부(20)와, 수용부 상부에 내통 설치되며 온도차에 따라 상승과 하강을 반복하는 기체의 흐름에 기인하여 내경을 따라 형성된 수용홈으로 열기류에 혼합된 커피부산물을 분리 수거하는 집진부(30)와, 집진부의 상부를 차폐하여 커피부산물이 외부 유실되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 열기류를 방출하는 커버체(40)로 구성된다.
