Summary: | One embodiment of the present invention provides a selective reduction catalytic device for reducing nitrogen oxide, and at the same time, preventing a reducer slip, and a nitrogen oxide removal method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention has a high NO_X purification rate in a temperature range of 260-580 ℃ and has an NO_X purification rate of a catalyst after exposed to high temperature of at least 700 ℃. Moreover, the present invention prevents gas such as hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen remaining after an NO_X removal reaction.
본 발명의 일실시예는 질소산화물 저감과 동시에 환원제 슬립을 방지할 수 있는 선택적 환원촉매 장치 및 이를 이용한 질소산화물 제거 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 260℃ 내지 580℃ 온도영역에서 높은NOX정화율을 갖고, 700℃ 이상의 고온에 노출된 후에도 촉매의 NOX정화율이 높으며 NOx 제거 반응 후 잔류하는 탄화수소, 일산화탄소, 수소 등의 가스가 슬립되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
