Embodiments of the present invention relate to a touch display device and a touch panel, and more specially, to a touch display device and a touch panel which may prevent a large unnecessary and undesired capacitance between a bridge and a surrounding touch electrode through a change in a bridge structure for an electrical connection between the touch electrodes, thereby obtaining excellent touch sensitivity. The touch display device includes: a touch panel in which a plurality of touch electrodes is arranged on a touch electrode layer; and a touch circuit driving the touch panel and sensing presence or absence of a touch or a touch position. 실시예들은 터치표시장치 및 터치패널에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 터치전극들 간의 전기적인 연결을 위한 브리지 구조 변경을 통해, 브리지와 주변의 터치전극 사이에 불필요하고 원치 않는 캐패시턴스가 크게 형성되는 것을 방지하여 우수한 터치 감도를 얻을 수 있는 터치표시장치 및 터치패널에 관한 것이다.
