The present invention relates to an exclusive contract-based rental management property verification system for managing rental managers. The exclusive contract-based rental management property verification system includes: a rental management server showing rental conditions of a building, concluding a rental contract for the building, and managing the contracted building; a plurality of lessor terminals interoperated with the rental management server and transmitting the conditions of the rental building; and a plurality of tenant terminals connected with the rental management server and searching for conditions of a building to be rented. The rental management server connects the plurality of tenant terminals and the plurality of lessor terminals to conclude a rental contract such that a plurality of tenants can perform at least one of a time-based space rental contract and a building use contract for business registration in regard to buildings and properties which are vacant or nonvacant, thereby reducing the number of vacancies, and enabling efficient real estate management. 본 발명은 임대 관리사를 관리하는 전속계약 기반 임대관리 매물 검증 시스템에 있어서, 건물의 임대조건을 보여주고 건물의 임대계약을 체결하며 체결된 건물을 관리하는 임대관리 서버; 와, 상기 임대관리 서버와 연동되며 상기 임대건물의 조건을 전송하는 다수의 임대인 단말; 과, 상기 임대관리 서버와 접속하고 임대할 건물의 조건을 검색하는 다수의 임차인 단말; 을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 임대관리 서버는 상기 다수의 임차인 단말과 상기 다수의 임대인 단말을 연결하여 임대계약을 체결함으로써, 공실 또는 비 공실 상태인 건물 및 부동산을 다수의 임차인에게 시간제 공간 임대계약, 사업자 등록을 위한 건물 사용계약 중 하나 이상을 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 공실을 줄이고, 부동산을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있도록 하는 복수임대관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
