The present invention relates to a method for preventing slag inclusion during tapping of molten steel, the method comprising a step of putting a vortex prevention body in a container in which molten steel and slag layers are formed, a step of letting the vortex prevention body float on the interface between the molten steel and slag layers, a step of suppressing the generation of vortex by rotating the vortex prevention body, and a step of vertically landing the vortex prevention body on the bottom of the container to retard the inflow of slag, wherein the vortex prevention body includes a body part extending in the perpendicular direction to a molten steel outlet formed on the bottom of the container, and a support part including first and second supporting parts formed on the bottom surface of the body part and opposed to each other around the center of the body part. 본 발명은 용강 및 슬래그층이 형성된 용기에 와류방지체를 투입하는 단계, 상기 와류방지체가 상기 용강과 상기 슬래그층 사이 계면에 부유하는 단계, 상기 와류방지체가가 회전하면서 와류 발생을 억제하는 단계 및 상기 와류방지체가가 상기 용기 바닥에 직립 안착하여 슬래그 유입을 지연시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 와류방지체는, 용기 바닥에 형성된 용강배출구와 수직 방향으로 연장되는 몸통부 및 상기 몸통부의 하단면에 형성되며, 상기 몸통부의 중심을 기준으로 대치되는 제1 지지부 및 제2 지지부가 포함된 지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강 출강 시 슬래그 혼입 방지 방법에 관한 것이다.
