The present invention provides an airway securing device for emergency treatment, comprising: a first pocket portion which is in the form of a pocket with only the rear side open, and into which the remaining four fingers of one hand except for the thumb are inserted through the open rear side; a second pocket portion which is in the form of a pocket with only the rear side open, and into which the remaining four fingers of one hand except for the thumb are inserted through the open rear side; a connection portion connecting the rear end of the first pocket portion and the rear end of the second pocket portion to each other so that the first pocket portion and the second pocket portion are integrated in the form of tongs; and an airway securing hole formed at the front end of the first pocket portion and positioned in the patient's throat to secure an airway, thereby enabling anybody to easily secure the patient's airway during emergency treatment. 본 발명은 후방만이 개방된 주머니 형태로, 개방된 후방을 통해 한 손의 다섯손가락 중 엄지손가락을 제외한 나머지 네 손가락이 삽입되는 제1포켓부와, 후방만이 개방된 주머니 형태로, 개방된 후방을 통해 한 손의 다섯손가락 중 엄지손가락이 삽입되는 제2포켓부와, 상기 제1포켓부의 후단과 상기 제2포켓부의 후단을 서로 연결하여, 상기 제1포켓부 및 제2포켓부가 집게 형태로 일체를 이루도록 하는 연결부, 및 상기 제1포켓부의 전단에 형성되고, 환자의 목구멍에 위치되어, 기도를 확보하게 하는 기도확보공을 형성하여, 응급 처치시, 누구나 손쉽게 환자의 기도를 확보할 수 있는 응급처치용 기도 확보기구를 제공한다.
