The present invention relates to a dual roll-shade blind provided with a furring bamboo part. The dual roll-shade blind includes: a roll (20) having a cylindrical structure provided with a groove (21); a mesh (30) having an upper end fixed to the groove (21) and extended counterclockwise along an outer circumference of the roll (20); a light shading paper (40) comprising a first edge (41) fixed to the mesh (30), a second edge (42) provided in parallel with the first edge (41), and a body (43) formed between the first edge (41) and the second edge (42); a fixed light shading paper (40') having an upper end fixed to the groove (21) and extended clockwise along the outer circumference of the roll (20); and a plurality of light shading paper folding lines (50) having an upper end connected to a lower end of the fixed light shading paper (40'), and having a lower end fixed to the second edge (42), wherein the light shading paper folding lines (50) include a plurality of furring bamboo parts (44) combined to be interconnected with the body (43) and formed in the body (43). In accordance with the present invention, the dual roll-shade blind can enhance a lighting range in a lighting state, and can suppress flexure in a width direction of the blind through the furring bamboo part in lighting and light-shading states, thereby having an effect of removing wrinkles of a safe mesh and a light-shading paper, which can lead to an improvement in the usability and functionality of the blind. 본 발명은 힘살부를 구비한 이중 롤쉐이드 블라인드에 관한 것으로, 홈(21)이 구비되는 원통형 구조의 롤(20); 상단이 상기 홈(21)에 고정되고 상기 롤(20)의 외주를 따라 시계 반대 방향으로 연장되는 망사지(30); 상기 망사지(30)에 고정되는 제1에지(41), 상기 제1에지(41)에 평행하게 구비되는 제2에지(42) 및 상기 제1에지(41)와 제2에지(42) 사이에 형성되는 본체(43)로 이루어지는 차광지(40); 상단이 상기 홈(21)에 고정되고 상기 롤(20)의 외주를 따라 시계 방향으로 연장되는 고정차광지(40'); 상단은 상기 고정차광지(40')의 하단에 연결되고, 하단은 상기 제2에지(42)에 고정되는 복수의 차광지 접이줄(50)을 포함하며, 상기 차광지 접이줄(50)이 상기 본체(43)와 연동되도록 결합되어 상기 본체(43)에 형성된 복수의 힘살부(44)를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명은 채광상태에서 채광범위를 증대시키고, 채광 및 차광 상태에서 힘살부가 블라인드지의 폭방향으로의 굽힘을 억제시킴으로써 연질의 망사지 및 차광지에 발생하는 구김현상을 없애는 효과가 있어, 블라인드의 사용성과 기능성을 높일 수 있다.
