Summary:The present invention relates to a carbon-based electrode material manufacturing system. The carbon-based electrode material manufacturing system includes a grinding unit that grinds graphite and graphite intermediate material for batteries into predetermined sizes, a washing unit that washes the ground intermediate graphite powder for batteries, a mixing unit that mixes the ground graphite powder ground by the grinding unit and the intermediate graphite powder for batteries washed by the washing unit to create a mixed powder, a modifying unit that modifies the surface of the mixed powder generated by the mixing unit, and a coating unit that coats the modified surface of the mixed powder. The system has the advantage of being able to manufacture the conductive material by coating the mixed powder produced by mixing it with graphite after washing the graphite intermediate material for batteries. 본 발명은 탄소기반 도전재 제조시스템에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 흑연과 전지용 흑연 중간재을 소정의 크기로 각각 분쇄하는 분쇄부와, 상기 분쇄부에서 분쇄된 전지용 흑연 중간재 분말을 세척하는 세척유닛과, 상기 분쇄부에서 분쇄된 흑연분말과 상기 세척유닛에 의해 세척된 전지용 흑연 중간재 분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 생성하는 혼합부와, 상기 혼합부에서 생성된 혼합분말의 표면을 개질하는 개질부와, 상기 개질부에서 개질된 혼합분말의 표면을 코팅하는 코팅부를 포함하며, 전지용 흑연 중간재을 세척한 후, 흑연과 혼합하여 생성된 혼합분말을 코팅하여 도전재를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
