The present invention relates to a stent (1) which comprises: a main body unit (2) having a shape of a hollow tube; and a first branch unit (3) and a second branch unit (4) formed to be extended from an end portion of the main body unit (2) in a longitudinal direction of the main body unit (2). Further, the stent (1) of the present invention comprises: a main blood vessel unit (51); and an artificial blood vessel (5) consisting of a first branched blood vessel unit (52) and a second branched blood vessel unit (53) branched from the main blood vessel unit (51), wherein the main body unit (2) is disposed to surround the main blood vessel unit (51) and the first branch unit (3) is disposed to surround a part of the first branched blood vessel unit (52) and the second branch unit (4) is disposed to surround a part of the second branched blood vessel unit (53). The stent (1) of the present invention further comprises a plurality of cells (10) formed by weaving one wire in a zigzag shape, wherein the cell (10) includes an end portion cell (20) formed on an end portion of the main body unit (2) and the first branch unit (3) and the second branch unit (4) are formed with one wire on a lower end of the end portion cell (20) to be integrated into the main body unit (2). Accordingly, a branched portion of the stent can be prevented from being snapped and folded. 본 발명의 스텐트 (1) 는 중공의 관형의 본체부 (2) 와, 본체부 (2) 의 단부에서 본체부 (2) 의 길이방향으로 연장되어 형성된 제 1 분기부 (3) 와 제 2 분기부 (4) 를 포함하는 스텐트 (1) 로서, 스텐트 (1) 는 주혈관부 (51) 와, 상기 주혈관부 (51) 로부터 분지된 제 1 분지혈관부 (52) 및 제 2 분지혈관부 (53) 로 구성된 인공혈관 (5) 을 포함하고, 본체부 (2) 는 주혈관부 (51) 를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 제 1 분기부 (3) 는 제 1 분지혈관부 (52) 의 일부를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 제 2 분기부 (4) 는 제 2 분지혈관부 (53) 의 일부를 둘러싸도록 배치되고, 스텐트 (1) 는 지그재그 형상으로 하나의 와이어를 엮어 형성한 복수의 셀 (10) 을 포함하고, 셀 (10) 은 본체부 (2) 의 단부에 형성된 단부 셀 (20) 을 포함하고, 제 1 분기부 (3) 및 제 2 분기부 (4) 는 단부 셀 (20) 의 하단에 본체부 (2) 와 일체로서 하나의 와이어로 형성된다.
