Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pound cake containing pollack roe, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a pound cake having improved nutritional composition by adding pollack roe containing high protein, high water-soluble vitamins, and fat-soluble vitamins. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the pound cake containing pollack roe comprising the following steps: (A1) manufacturing a dough by mixing flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and pollack roe; (A2) shaping the dough and first baking bread in a preheated oven; (A3) cutting the bread with a knife; and (A4) secondarily baking the bread in the preheated oven. 본 발명은 명란을 함유하는 파운드 케이크의 제조 방법에 관한 것이고, 보다 구체적으로 고단백질 및 높은 수용성 비타민 및 지용성 비타민을 함유하는 명란을 첨가하여 영양 조성을 개선한 파운드 케이크의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
