Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pound cake containing pollack roe, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a pound cake having improved nutritional composition by adding pollack roe containing high protein, high water-soluble vitamins, and fat-soluble vitamins. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the pound cake containing pollack roe comprising the following steps: (A1) manufacturing a dough by mixing flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and pollack roe; (A2) shaping the dough and first baking bread in a preheated oven; (A3) cutting the bread with a knife; and (A4) secondarily baking the bread in the preheated oven.
