Summary:According to the present invention, a microneedle patch for detecting a food quality comprises: a patch base to be seated on food; a plurality of microneedles protruding from a lower surface of the patch base and inserted into an inside of the food; an extract-accommodating groove which is concave and formed on an upper surface of the patch base, and in which food extract is introduced and accommodated; and a flow hole formed in the patch base so as to communicate with the extract receiving groove. According to the present invention, an economical sensing system is capable of measuring and monitoring a change in an internal quality of food in real time without a preprocessing process of the food, efficiently extracting an internal factor to significantly reduce destruction of the food, reducing manufacturing costs due to a sensing system having a simple structure, and high-sensitivity multi-sensing. 본 발명은, 식품 품질감지용 마이크로니들 패치에 있어서, 식품에 안착되는 패치베이스; 상기 패치베이스의 저면에 돌출되어 식품 내부에 삽입되는 복수의 마이크로니들; 상기 패치베이스의 상면에 요입, 형성되고 식품 추출물이 유입되어 수용되는 추출물수용홈; 및 상기 추출물수용홈과 연통되도록 상기 패치베이스에 형성되는 유동공;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 품질감지용 마이크로니들 패치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 식품의 전처리 과정이 없이 식품의 내부품질의 변화를 실시간으로 측정하여 모니터링할 수 있으며, 내부 인자를 효율적으로 추출함으로써 식품의 파괴를 최소화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 간단한 구조의 센싱 시스템에 의하여 제조 비용을 절감하고 고감도 다중 센싱이 가능한 경제적인 센싱 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
