The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising natural fermented extracts and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for wrinkle alleviation and whitening function comprising fermented extracts of Citrus grandis osbeck and Dendropanax morbiferus as active ingredients. As a result of comparing various cellular experiments, yields, and the content of active ingredients, the cosmetic composition of the present invention confirms an excellent increase in activity when a fermentation process is performed, and the content of the active ingredients is also increased. Therefore, it is expected that the cosmetic composition can be used as a safer and superior cosmetic functional ingredient through the fermentation process of natural extracts. 본 발명은 천연 발효 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 당유자 및 황칠 발효 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 주름 개선 및 미백 기능용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 다양한 세포실험 및 수율, 유효성분의 함량을 비교한 결과 발효 공정을 거친 경우 탁월한 활성의 증가를 확인하였으며, 유효성분의 함량 역시 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 천연 추출물의 발효 과정으로 좀 더 안전하고 탁월한 화장료 기능성 성분으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
