Summary:The present invention relates to a method for purifying laurolactam, and more specifically, to a purification method capable of obtaining high-purity laurolactam substantially free of impurities. The present invention relates to a method of purifying laurolactam from reaction products of a laurolactam synthesis process. The method comprises: a step (S1) of obtaining first mixed solids by distilling the reaction products and separating and removing low boiling-point substances from the same; a step (S2) of removing impurities suspended in a first mixture solution in which the first mixture solids are dissolved in a good solvent; a step (S3) of obtaining second mixture solids precipitated by adding a poor solvent to the first mixture solution from which the impurities have been removed; and a step (S4) of evaporating a melted product obtained by melting the solid mixture solids by heat to obtain laurolactam in a gas phase, and crystallizing the same. 본 발명은 라우로락탐의 정제방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 불순물이 거의 없는 고순도의 라우로락탐을 수득할 수 있는 정제방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 라우로락탐 합성 공정의 반응생성물로부터 라우로락탐을 정제하는 방법으로, (S1) 상기 반응생성물을 증류하여 저비점 물질을 분리 및 제거하여 제1혼합고형물을 수득하는 단계; (S2) 상기 제1혼합고형물을 양용매에 용해시킨 제1혼합용액에 부유하는 불순물을 제거하는 단계; (S3) 상기 불순물이 제거된 제1혼합용액에 빈용매를 첨가하여 석출된 제2혼합고형물을 수득하는 단계; 및 (S4) 상기 제2혼합고형물을 가열 용융시킨 용융물을 증발시켜 기상의 라우로락탐을 수득한 후 결정화하는 단계;를 포함한다.
